AW9073 is a medium mature, triploid sugar-baby type watermelon hybrid. Vigorous plants with good foliage coverage, excellent fruit setting and high productivity. Glossy, dark green rind with uniformed black stripes.  Crispy red flesh with high sugar and great flavor. Plants resist Fusarium wilt, powdery mildew, and tolerate heat stress, performing very well in open field as well as in protected field.
